Depending on your niche, expect roughly 20–30 strong signals a month — up to 50 in a wider market. Each signal is a company, and inside many of them I find more than one real contact. About half come with a working email, and I reach out to those directly. The rest are LinkedIn-only — you send those yourself, but I tell you exactly what to write and when. That volume is what turns into the 3–8 real conversations a month on the cover — not every signal converts, but every one gets worked.
